[Bug]: Google fonts not appearing in Global Styles for some Dotcom Sites

Serenity has had a couple of issues drift into our queue already (https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/issues/66008, https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/issues/66286) that seem like they might be related to this?

Payton: Theme only displays 2 fonts for Global Styles text font choices

This was probably solved by https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/issues/63229 - let's verify that's the case and close if so.
