Editing a cucumber feature file (cucumber-java plugin) while ASCIIDOC is enabled is super slow. Using the Activity Monitor I see very high CPU usage for "patterns (in com.intellij)".  Everything...

IDEA 2022.2: Toolbar icons don't update/show on start and "Run Maven Goal" is not shown unless on file.

In toolbar, maven helper custom icons don't load unless editing or applying Maven Helper settings. In toolbar, "Run Maven Goal" doesn't appear unless you're in editor. IDEA Version: **2022.2**

Please consider adding a lifecycle mapping so it plays well with m2e.

waitContainerCmd is useless when container has autoRemove or is short lived

Because we can not change the `condition` of wait (https://docs.docker.com/reference/api/engine/version/v1.43/#tag/Container/operation/ContainerWait), if the container is destroyed before wait can be used, then we have no way to get the status code....
