Event source mapping already exists

Any update on this? Still an issue here

Discovery only finds API gateways

Same issue here, deployed in account X(us-east-1), Imported account Y via global config and regin config (us-west-2) and seeing same phanomen.

The event source and function provided mapping already exists. Please update or delete the existing mapping with UUID

Please fix, same issue here!
