I have the same issue too.
Hi, I have the same issue. I checked the request from the developer console. It throw this error. detail: "CSRF Failed: CSRF cookie not set."
Quick update On the settings page, it shows as "Supplement Table1" (without space before the number) but on the actual file, it works fine and converts to "Supplement Table 1"...
