I have same/similar issue where the window keeps growing and, within the window, the UI elements keep getting bigger My main monitor (A) is 3440x1440 and laptop (B) is 1920x1080p....

Does kindle make the data available? We would need a mapping from the kindle 'loc' to chapter and page. When I look at my notebook page only the (nearly useless)...
