Support visualizing >= 2 categories on the rank plot

As brought up in #251, and as shown in one of the figures in this paper.

Supporting highlighting the rank plot arbitrarily in the JS application would require some pretty significant UI changes. A more scalable solution would probably be writing a small script (analogous to biggify.py in our analysis repo here) that modifies a rank plot spec to highlight arbitrary taxa.
