Update VirtualBox install instructions

In the virtual box install instructions, the point 6 still refers to a file named Welcome. However, this file no longer exists and the actual file is 0.QIIME_version.txt.

Hi @souravsingh, Thanks for your interest in working on this. We're currently devoting most of our attention to QIIME 2, so if you're interested in getting involved in QIIME development, it's probably better to jump in there than here. Over the next few weeks we'll have some information going up about how to get involved. Would you prefer to do that to get started with QIIME development, or do you have a specific interest in working on this issue?

@gregcaporaso I would really like to get involved in QIIME development.Since I didn't see a lot of issues posted in QIIME 2 bug tracker, I came here.
