Syntax errors in _fingerprint.py

Hi,

There is some weird syntax errors in _fingerprint.py file:

It seems like some github notations have ended up in the actual code. Could these be removed, since when I try to run the installation steps, running the line "qiime dev refresh-cache" throws a syntax error?
