Version 1 is coming up in the next couple of weeks. We need the following resolved ASAP

• [x] Rename rhapsody to mmvec (see twitter post for why)
• [x] Rename repository to mmvec
• [ ] Add Docker containers
• [x] Upload to mmvec pypi
• [x] Update mmvec conda-forge
• [ ] Change from Alpha to Version 1 in release log in the README
• [ ] Update tutorials
• [x] Paired heatmaps
