Replace all Bokeh plots with Vega

Vega plots are a bit more versatile compared to bokeh plots -- it is easy to setup interactive plots that can modify the underlying data rendered.

This will make it much easier to address the issues https://github.com/biocore/gneiss/issues/133 to allow for more decoration of attributes on the tree.

It would be also great if we could introduce interactive components that can decompose the balances on the fly, using word clouds and interactive boxplots.
