UTF-8 is fully supported, so this is likely a problem with your terminal or code not sending a different character set.

Charset problems are always Windows, hehe. It's probably your terminal.

For the Android app only, right? You'd pin it and it sticks to the top. Not a bad idea and easy to implement.

The screenshot you posted is from a UI that's many months old. I highly suggest you update your image frequently.
