Note that Npcap does not support packet injection yet - it's tracked in https://github.com/nmap/npcap/issues/85 It should be technically doable as Packet11 driver was reverse-engineered: https://github.com/Felis-Sapiens/packet11 (https://github.com/nmap/npcap/issues/85#issuecomment-629373822)
