liquidationSnapshot seems to have duplicated rows

I didn't check all files but at least for example data/futures/um/daily/liquidationSnapshot/BTCUSDT/BTCUSDT-liquidationSnapshot-2023-07-31.csv have all the same rows appear twice. Is that desired or a mistake?
