Why first date stamp started from 2 am (UTC +2) ? How to get from 00:00 a.m (UTC +0)?

Hi, I need data in a single file (data/futures/um/daily/trades/AAVEUSDT/AAVEUSDT-trades-2023-10-11.zip) for 24 hours. Want to get from 00:00 a.m. till 23:59:59 p.m
