how to open a file url? e.g. www.mydomain.com/videos/myvideo.mp4 ??

so this is how i'm opening my url `new FinestWebView.Builder(mContext).show(url);` here url = `https://video.twimg.com/ext_tw_video/850333144557465601/pu/vid/180x320/KZ4HQ4WP72QyNwli.mp4` why isn't streaming the video, am i missing something?

How can i Categories (divide) rows into section (in a deferent sorting order ) ?

by default it is Categorized alphabetically say i wanna categories cities of every state how can i do it ? e.g. city name = row , Sate = section.
