Enable filenames with generic file extensions - outfile.& => outfile.xlsx

It should be possible to use generic filenames like "_37- Read template and output**.&**_" and set the extension with writer class

steps to reproduce 1. run ZDEMO_EXCEL32 and use  2. open the excel file 3. use  again with same location no exception handling for cl_gui_frontend_services=>gui_download in ZCL_EXCEL_CONVERTER->WRITE_FILE
