Support the extension for worktree-specific config

While testing this, I found the following bug: https://github.com/libgit2/libgit2/pull/6246 After that patch is merged (or integrated here) libgit2 is able to open repos with `extensions.worktreeconfig` set.

Some `focus add` calls require subsequent `focus sync`

I think this may be fixed since we corrected the `mutate` method's backing up of the sparse profile. Let's try to see if we can repro it now.
