I had the same issue. Had to add a line to `webpack.local.config.js` - `config.ip = ip` And then it worked perfectly.

Please close this issue. I did not run npm i and hence the error.

Exact same issue here when running the command: php spark migrate -n IonAuth. What is supposed to be done ?
