Extract the regions of interests from the WSI

Seems like [Slide.extract_tile](https://histolab.readthedocs.io/en/v0.5.1/api/slide.html#histolab.slide.Slide.extract_tile) is what you look for, no ? You just need to readjust if you want a circle.

Calling locate_tiles with a GridTiler on level 1, produce a grid with missing rows.
