Thanks for the information. `Zeiss-1-Stacked.zvi` is a ZVI file, not a CZI file. OpenSlide currently doesn't support ZVI at all (https://github.com/openslide/openslide/issues/141). It should work with `Zeiss-5-Uncompressed.czi` or the `Zstd` ones.
