Snowonder had a nice button for enabling the plugin from its wrapper app. It would be nice to match this experience in Pragmatic's future UI.

Add some basic documentation around signing, building, running, and then installing for day-to-day use.

Would be nice to select an #ifdef in a header, run the pragma once command, and have it all swapped out (selection deleted, new pragma added, last #endif removed)

There's a fixed number of lines in the section header, would be nice to have 0, 1, 2 available.
