Downstream flow/eroder kernels

Hi, Flow and Eroder kernels set with a downstream direction (e.g. `apply_dir=fs.flow.FlowGraphTraversalDir.BREADTH_DOWNSTREAM`) raise `ValueError: Unsupported kernel application direction` , is there a plan to make them compatible? Thanks!
