Related to #142 - I'm hoping having PopSim install with ActivitySim will resolve issues like this.

Hopefully a low lift to migrate PopSim in a similar way that ActivitySim was migrated. I'm not sure how much this adds, but I would like PopSim to be installed...

The way I read this - the work is already done - adding an example to the documentation might be a really low lift to finalize in Phase 9.
