To Install, I ran the below two commands sudo apt-get update -y sudo apt-get install -y pkg-config  Added to Env and on printing, it prints the path as below,...

Yes, that resolved the issue. Heimdall-rs is now working for me. Thank you @Jon-Becker @zilayo
