Interesting. I haven't checked in detail if that's actually an issue, but I remember that @krajorama talked about committing those samples in order for other reasons (cf. #15177).
So appending everything in order will hit two birds with the same stone. @krajorama @NeerajGartia21 maybe you should coordinate your plans.
