The machine is on the net—I’m replying from it. -DDILL_THREAD_FALLBACK made no difference; the same two tests fail.

I don’t know about 0.4.0 specifically but it is not an issue on the 0.4 branch.

I hit the same thing on OpenBSD, with version 2.1.0.

I’ll push it to the various upstreams. But since the details leak through to the Unix makefile, it is worth bringing up here.
