Forgot to mention, it has both a Debian and a Fedora package.
That's only for Impulse Tracker, whatever library is chosen should be a good middle ground between the various formats.

Perhaps using something like [matrix-appservice-webhooks](https://github.com/turt2live/matrix-appservice-webhooks) could be better.
As a nice side effect, linking the relevant source files on API pages will already help with this. A proper overview would be nice too.
