ovsx.upstream.url is not used for VS Code search

Hello, it seems the parameter `ovsx.upstream.url` is only handle when using the `/api/-/search` endpoint but not when using the `/vscode/gallery/extensionquery` endpoint https://github.com/eclipse/openvsx/wiki/Deploying-Open-VSX#upstream-registry-instance Is it an expected behaviour ?
