Error in conversion Between XGBoost and CoreML

Hi @neilhuang007 , I believe I encountered the same issue [here](https://github.com/apple/coremltools/issues/2474). [Here](https://github.com/apple/coremltools/pull/2475) is the fix that seems to be working for me.
