Add rules/controls button to open a dialog with instructions

Add rules/controls button to open a dialog with instructions. Should be a [Rules] button on the under the move list that will open a text box with rules and control...

Clicking on a selected piece should deselect the piece.

A selected piece showing legal moves should be deselected by clicking again.

Should be able to reset the game without reloading the page after win/resign

Add functionality to reset the board after a game is completed.
