@theantonius I'm still seeing this issue in the latest dev build of Chrome. @therewasaguy Please re-open, this is still an issue according to multiple reports above.
This was resolved for me (Chrome/Linux/Pulseaudio) by updating Chrome to latest version `>=92.0.4485.0` (currently dev version).
