If MSMPI or Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 is not installed on Windows, CNTK Python package fails to run without useful error messages

Just FYI, you should install the VS 2017 redistributable, not the VS2015 redistributable for newer versions of CNTK on Windows.
