Sometimes one moves a note. It's attachments are then left dangling in the previous location. Would it be possible to have them moved with the note? Might be out of...

When adding a file I would like to have it renamed to {{fileName}}-{{originalAttachmentFileName}}. This only applies to actual files, and not images that are pasted.

For example, if frontmatter contains "publish: yes" then include the file. If it contains "publish: no" or "status: draft" etc., then don't export. In effect, whitelist as well as blacklist...

Feature Req: Add markdown header to filename
