v10: Include the sample starter sector on p127 as a ready-to-use Adventure

the package would include the following items:

• a scene (for the sector), with its canvas already layed out in roughly the same configuration as the book, including the passages
• place journal entries/actors:
  • Bleakhold (settlement) + Ember (planet)
  • Amity (settlement) + Pelagic (planet)
  • Osiris (settlement)
• npc entry/actor (Gwen Solari) w/ connection progress track

i'm not 100% on the licensing of the sector starter provided to backers, but it might be made available in a similar way

on one hand, conceptually this could also work as its own module. on the other, it's really just a scene with a couple actors and some journal entries enumerating representing that's in the core book :shrug:
