discussion: strategies for reorganizing system theming

this has been on the radar on discord previously. here's my current thinking on criteria for this:

• make it possible (and probably the default?) to have consistent theming across the entire vtt interface
  • provide a sheet theme that's styled to foundry's conventions where possible?
• provide an option to disable the system's theming on non-system elements
• make it possible for users to adjust the sheet's appearance by changing the standard foundry css vars, rather than writing a custom css sheet just for this system
• standardize a separation of sheet "layout" (positioning, sizing, etc), sheet "appearance" (color, animation), and possibly typographic elements?
