include relevant starship/settlement oracle shortcuts when building a derelict starship/settlement

see the callout boxes of the "Derelict" oracles section of the book for more information on typical use. my impression is that they're of secondary status, useful for optional detail. in other words: don't roll them automatically, because that would be way too much info.

it might even be wise to present these oracles via some means of progressive disclosure to keep clutter down and reinforce the fact that they're optional rather than a "have to" roll.

also consider: settlements and starships both have a "▶️ Derelict" outcome on their Initial Contact oracles. for derelicts, the "Initial Contact" oracle should probably be omitted, as logically it would only ever have the "▶️ Derelict" result.

some means of converting non-derelict starships and settlements, presented when "Initial Contact" is set to "▶️ Derelict", might also be useful.
