might be handy for both SF and IS (Delve has some extra NPC oracles that would be good to include). aside from oracles, it'd be cool to enable a smooth transition to any one of a bond (IS), connection (SF), or foe actor.

adding this now because it came up in a recent game sesh, but it might be better to defer until we know what's happening re: progress items becoming journal entries.
