Dataforged ironsworn moves

Building on #337, this imports Ironsworn moves from the Dataforged data.

  • [x] Import the moves into a new compendium
  • [x] Write a helper to generate the tree for the SF movesheet
  • [ ] Bump dataforged once these are addressed:
    • [x] Duplicate oracle ID (see https://github.com/rsek/dataforged/issues/47#issuecomment-1120492597)
    • [ ] Still no structured outcomes; either parse them ourselves or wait for Dataforged to do it (also https://github.com/rsek/dataforged/issues/47#issuecomment-1120492597)
  • [ ] Update CHANGELOG.md
