Oracle chat card redesign

Let's make this a bit less cluttered. A first stab:

• [x] Move the die result into the table at the far right of the result row
• [x] Find something better than a d20 for the icon
• [ ] Only show the actual result on first display; neighbors are shown only if you click the "neighbors" button
  • [ ] Maybe this is controllable by a setting? Some people like committing to the result, others want to see the menu.
  • [ ] If it's a setting, call it "Hide oracle-result neighbors" and have it disabled by default. The button only shows if it's enabled.
• [ ] The [v] button is only present if there are "Suggestions" on this result row, and clicking it reveals a roll-oracle button for each of them
• [x] For results where the ceiling and the floor is the same, display 40, not 40-40
• [x] Also include the "path" to the oracle in the title, as below:
