I'm not quite sure if `ZoteroPane.buildItemContextMenu();` is necesary for Zotero 5. But after I removed it, the extension works fine and the item context menu does not jig any more....

Name the field "citations" instead of "extra"

I think it would be better to have the field for showing the number of citations in a field called "citations" or something similar, instead of calling it "extra". Thanks!
