I noticed this is still happening. Any thoughts on what might be happening?

I'm getting this as well using Gradle 6.2.1 with version 1.0.5 of the plugin. Seems to be fine with Gradle 5.6.3 for me.

I did not. Couldn't find a way so ended up calling maven as a direct os call.
