The shell scripts under` tests/` are not run as part of continuous integration, and therefore performance degradation isn't tracked. What constitutes "good performance" isn't well-defined.

Script hasn't been updated along with CMakeLists.txt to reflect restructuring of code. Should either be fixed or removed.

next(iter(response)) can't be performed if there are no rows See also dwavesystems/dimod#189

These should live in a library higher up the chain that can be accessed by other demos and projects

README should make clearer what a user needs to do before `pip install -r ...`
