I'm opening this for feedback. It's roughly based on #64 and a snippet provided in #36. Please see the caviats which were mentioned in the README and the code.
The README leaves a bit to be desired at this point. It would be nice if it documented all the options available.

Optionally, make a copy when calling makeConfig so the running server config can't be modified.
Currently there aren't many tests. It would be nice to have some so we can get tests for functionality.
Specifically for the handshake, requesting a session, starting a command, and connection closing.
It would be awesome if there was a way to log when users connect (along with what requests they run) and disconnect.
