We don't currently tailor the Unicode data. It comes straight from Unicode. Why do you think we need to remove these 9 decompositions? Please elaborate. cc @dscorbett @jfkthame

@jfkthame Should we hardcode the consonant positions for indie1?
If we were to do that we have to generate the SVG ourselves from hb_draw output. I thought of it as possibly a separate tool called hb-draw.
I don't see this happening unless someone volunteers.
