[Feature Request] Active Directory Testing

Check active directory settings for existence of users, OUs, OU paths, systems

Add tests for things such as email accounts deleted, check licenses, etc...

I would like to leverage some of the Azure/AzureRM powershell to test cloud infrastructure

I tried setting it up as ``` AuthenticationInfo = @( MSFT_xWebAuthenticationInformation{ Anonymous = $true } ) ``` And it fell hard on its face

Please format Status and Created to time instead of strings
