is this maintained??

I'm trying to use the toolbar for a cytoscape application, but with newer versions of the library (3.2.15) and jquery (3.3.1), it seems to be broken.

The demos make reference to older versions of both, and simply changing them makes them not usable anymore.

Now, since the last commit is from 2 years ago, I wonder if the extension is actually being maintained, or whether I should simply look for a different approach.
