Delaying import until post-fork is kinda fragile. It'd be nice if there were a reset() that can be invoked post-fork to clean up any file descriptors.

fwiw we moved to [kubectl_manifest](https://registry.terraform.io/providers/gavinbunney/kubectl/latest/docs/resources/kubectl_manifest) and so far it's been much better
