Distinguish the file type from source name for general vcf inputs

The tracking id and non-standard columns are prefixed with the file type on load. Since we allow general vcfs this could end up with multiple sources of inputs with the same prefix. To make the tracking easier should add an option that allows the source name to be different than the file type
