no errors in reads in 1da74ab

I've just cloned the most recent version and ran it with pre-computed and newly computed profiles. Got no errors or warnings, but weirdly, all reads I obtained were perfect, i.e. had no errors at all. Same procedure with v2.6.0 worked fine, though. So, I'll work with v2.6.0 for now, but wanted to let you know.

Thank you for reporting this. I have just fixed the bug and made a new commit. BTW, this new version of genome mode allows for chimeric reads simulation. If that's a feature you need, just give it a shot.
