Tried to open in incognito mode on Chrome 61.0.3163.100 64-bit, and error still occurs.

@Pajicc, IMO there should be one folder for shared vue components.
@Pajicc Yup, I've seen it - my idea was, that maybe we actually should mix admin shared content with website content, as long as we create one bundle for both...
